The recent annual retreat of CopeGrand Homes was not just an event; it was an unforgettable experience where our team had the opportunity to relax, recharge, and strengthen our bonds in the serene embrace of nature.
Evenings Under the Stars, Days Filled with Adventure
Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Georgia mountains, with temperatures ranging from chilly to mild, the retreat was an ideal setting for a variety of outdoor activities. Part of our team embarked on a hike along Emery Creek Falls Trail, with its intriguing creek crossings and waterfalls. The humorous highlight for many was the need for an extra pair of shoes after those creek adventures! Others joined in activities like clay shooting at Noontoola Creek Farms and an adrenaline-pumping paintball session at Blue Ridge Paintball. The retreat included local explorations, football nights, and a range of activities, with everyone encouraged to make the most of their time. Some chose to sleep in, others were active, and a few even tried new experiences like a cold water plunge.
Our evenings were a special time to connect, spent around the fireplace, sharing stories, or engaging in favorite games. If you've never played Happy Salmon, I highly recommend finding it - it's guaranteed to leave your cheeks hurting from laughing so much!
