Historic Battery Restoration

Set along one of Charleston’s most iconic waterfront addresses, this historic Battery home offers views of the Battery and the mouth of the Ashley River. After a focused two-month renovation, the interiors were updated to better support the beauty and demands of the home’s setting.

The scope included a ductless HVAC system designed for comfort, dehumidification, and improved performance in a flood-prone coastal environment. Spray foam insulation was also added from the crawl space through the attic, helping strengthen the home’s moisture protection and long-term efficiency.
