Driven piles, cast-in-place concrete, steel moment frames, vertical columns, horizontal beams, and engineered connections help the home withstand lateral loads, storm forces, salt air, wind, and water.

Outdoor living spaces were built with the same level of performance, including elevated cast concrete decks with hidden drains, Ipe decking, and a Sikalastic waterproofing system designed to protect against moisture and extend the life of the structure.
